| Gaithersburg, MD FILM BUFFS The organizing committee of the 2nd DC Chinese Film Festival held a press conference on Sunday, introducing prominent jury members on screen and calling for film entries from the US, the Chinese mainland, Taiwan and the Chinese diaspora.
