Xi stresses rule of law, cultivating legal talent

BEIJING -- President Xi Jinping on Wednesday called for more efforts in promoting rule of law and cultivating talent for the cause.
Xi made the remarks while inspecting China University of Political Science and Law ahead of Youth Day, which falls on May 4.
