As the most significant event of the year, the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held this month. Watched by the whole world, it drew a blueprint toward prosperity for the country's future.

That is what Xi Jinping, general secretary of the CPC Central Committee, and his colleagues have presented, and what they have received praise for, not only at home but also elsewhere.
