A teenage girl in Sichuan province has carried her 76-year-old grandma on her back for three years, seeking treatment in a clinic 5 kilometers away from their home village.
Li Xiaoyan, 17, is a high school student in Yilong county. Her father had his right leg amputated in 1992 after he was injured at a construction site in Guangdong province. Her mother suffers from epilepsy.
