Quarantined in Shanghai return home, dogs and families in tow

After completing quarantine at hotels for 14 days, more than 1,700 residents at downtown Shanghai's Zhaotong Road residential neighborhood started to be transported home on Thursday evening.

About 300 will arrive home on Thursday and the rest will be transferred on Friday, officials on site said.
