What we do for an unusual Spring Festival

I made the decision to stay put for the Spring Festival quickly because I've already spent a long time staying at home in the first half of 2020. Plus, the triple pay for working on public holidays is a huge lure to me.
My family understand my decision and they don't want me to do too much travel during the epidemic. My mother came over to my place in Beijing, of course, with a negative COVID-19 test result.
Instead of sitting at home and stuffing ourselves, I plan to live a healthy Spring Festival with my mother this year. On the day before Spring Festival, we will go for a walk at the Olympic Forest Park. I will also take my mom to climb the Great Wall.

Nevertheless, our refrigerator has been filled with all kinds of food and snacks, thanks to my mother. On the New Year's Eve, my mother, my roommate and I will cook dinner together. And I guess my father will send me a digital red envelope to show his love.
To be honest, the only thing I can expect during the Spring Festival holiday is to spend some good time with my mother and to not upset her.
