Country Garden becomes China's leading real estate enterprise in sales from January to July of this year, according to Askci.com, a market research and consulting service provider, citing data from China Index Academy.
The average sales volume of the top 100 real estate enterprises reached 41.89 billion yuan ($6.21 billion) from January to July. Among these enterprises, ten companies' sales volume surpassed 100 billion yuan.
