In Jiangsu SACA Precision Technology Co Ltd, high precision machine tools are now being utilized to improve product quality and save costs in labor and materials.
The company mainly produces hardware products such as slide rails and hinges for household appliances, automobiles, and IT industries. This year, it has allocated 6.7 percent of its total output value to implement intelligent transformation and digital transformation.
"Plans are for the company to form an intelligent internet of things system, which is projected to basically achieve intelligent production by the second half of next year," said Zhou Chuangang, director of the company's process and information management department.
In the production workshop of Taizhou Yourun Electronic Technology Co Ltd’s Phase II Project, a newly built stamping production line has been put into operation, which can complete loading, stamping, testing and other processes in one go.
The company specializes in the research and development, design, production, and sales of integrated circuits and semiconductor lead frames. Since the stamping production line was into operation, the stability and yield of the company's products improved by 20 percent.
