Reform and opening-up: Always on the way

The year of 2023 marks the 45th anniversary of China's reform and opening-up policy and the 10th anniversary of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. Over the past 45 years, China has achieved tremendous development and progress through its reform and opening-up endeavors. In the past decade, China has displayed great political courage by comprehensively deepening reforms and initiating a new phase of reform and opening-up with unprecedented determination. China continues to pursue high-quality development and high-level openness.
