Jiaozuo Power Supply Company completes key project

On Oct 20, with the completion of the relocation and renovation of the 110 kV Qinbao Line, the power line relocation project supported by Henan Jiaozuo Power Supply Company for the construction along the Yellow River Expressway project was fully completed.

The expressway along the Yellow River is the "13445 Project" of Henan province's expressway. The implementation of this project is an important support for the national strategy of ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin and is of great significance in assisting the construction of a strong transportation province in Henan province and accelerating the rise of the central region.

Due to the partial road surface elevation of the expressway along the Yellow River, the safe distance between the road surface and the high-voltage line has been shortened. Therefore, it is necessary to synchronously relocate all the lines involved to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid and the smooth construction of the Expressway along the Yellow River. It is understood that this relocation project involves 26 lines of 35 kV and above and 142 lines of 10 kV and below. The construction period is short, the amount of work is large, and there are many construction difficulties and challenges.

In order to fully ensure the construction progress of the Expressway along the Yellow River, State Grid Jiaozuo Power Supply Company overcame numerous difficulties and orderly promoted the relocation of power lines according to construction nodes and procedures, helping to accelerate the construction of the Yellow River Expressway project. Before construction, in order to ensure that users' electricity usage is not affected, the company conducted on-site surveys in advance, formulated work plans, and made relevant preparations to ensure the smooth progress of the project.

During the construction period, the company reasonably arranges personnel strength, work tasks, and construction time according to the construction plan, and conducts safety supervision of the work through video remote and on-site supervision, ensuring that the entire construction process is safe, controllable, and under control.
