Scholar: Chinese modernization comprehensive and balanced

The 2024 Understanding China Conference (Guangzhou) is being held in Guangzhou, South China's Guangdong province from December 2 to 4. Huang Rihan, professor of the College of International Relations and the Dean of the Maritime Silk Road Institute of Huaqiao University, said that Chinese modernization is a modernization of comprehensive and balanced development in all aspects. Recalling his recent visits of various enterprises in Guangzhou, he noted "observing the development of these innovative companies, you can feel China's empowerment in the digital economy".
