WASHINGTON, Jan. 20 (Xinhua) -- US President Donald Trump said in his inauguration speech Monday that he will soon sign an executive order to declare national emergency at the southern border, noting that all illegal entry will immediately be halted, and the United States will begin the process of deporting "criminal aliens".
