Fake "Xinjiang scholar" research suspended

One of the West's favorite "Xinjiang scholars", Laura Murphy, has had her research suspended — another major blow to the collapsing network of Western "Xinjiang experts". It's a long-awaited victory for truth. Three years after we exposed her sinister work with Nyrola Elima and Sheffield Hallam University, the facade is finally crumbling.

After the university suspended their so-called "academic research", they began framing themselves as victims of "academic freedom". But the reality exposes a very different picture. As China's Foreign Ministry pointed out, their work is "just self-directed moves to spread disinformation for selfish gains under the pretext of academic freedom".
