Beijing launches program to foster international entrepreneurship
The International Talent Co-founder Program (ITCP) was launched in Beijing's Chaoyang district on Nov 4, aiming to empower foreign innovators to start and grow their businesses in China.
The program, initiated at the Wangjing Overseas Students Pioneer Park, brings together government agencies, universities, and enterprises to offer targeted support for overseas entrepreneurs. It aims to address common challenges such as unfamiliarity with local policies and difficulties in accessing business resources.
At the same event, the International Student Entrepreneurship Development Center was established in collaboration with several universities, with the goal of identifying and cultivating high-potential foreign entrepreneurial talent from the outset.
