On Nov 5, the Emperor Qinshihuang's Mausoleum Site Museum welcomed its 10 millionth visitor of the year, achieving a historic breakthrough in annual visitor reception.
Faced with the growing demand from visitors, the museum has improved its service efficiency through multiple refined measures. Through management methods such as visitor-chosen reservation times and increased visitor volume per time slot, the tourists' visiting experience has been effectively guaranteed.
The significant improvement in international service capabilities has led to a rapid increase in the number of international guests. From January to October, the museum received 577,000 international guest visits, a year-on-year increase of 71 percent.
Since its launch in March 2024, the Terracotta Warriors Overseas Integrated Service Platform, which supports 24 languages and 34 currencies and covers 39 countries and regions, has accepted 92,000 ticket bookings and driven 452,200 related orders such as air tickets and hotels, achieving “global reservation in one platform”.
