China's refined sugar output down 13% in Oct.

China's refined sugar output was 223,000 tons in October, down 12.8 percent from a year earlier, the National Bureau of Statistics said Monday.

During the first 10 months, refined sugar output totaled 9.18 million tons, up 41.1 percent on year, the data showed.
