Hong Kong stocks closed up 96.15 points, or 0.51 percent, at 19,014.10 on Tuesday.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index traded between 19,055.16 and 18,732.75. Turnover totaled HK$63.77 billion (about $8.18 billion).
