A new move by Honda to rival in China's market

"FUNTEC is the general name of Honda's new technology, it consists of environmental protection, safety and accessibility," said Makoto Otabe, a senior staff engineer who works at the Automobile R&D center of Technical Division Electrical Department, Motor(China) Investment Co Ltd.

With the FUNTEC promotion, several kinds of new designs and technologies have been introduced to China, such as the new environmentally friendly powertrain system -- Earth Dreams Technology, CMBS(Collision Mitigation Brake System)，Lane Watch, ACL(Active Cornering Light）and MM(Men-Maximum, Machine-Minimum).
