Petrochemical industry support plan discussed today

The State Council, or China's Cabinet, will discuss the support plan for the petrochemical industry, Zhang Guobao, head of the National Energy Administration told China Daily today.

Zhang, who will take part in the meeting, believed that the plan will be passed.
