HONG KONG - Hong Kong stocks closed up 282.23 points, or 1.44 percent, at 19,865.11 on Monday.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index traded between 19,749.40 and 19,919.34. Turnover totaled HK$53.045 billion ($ 6.806 billion).
