With the expanding influence of CHTF at abroad, it attracts much attention and active involvement from more and more countries' governments. The overseas exhibition area of No9 will gather nearly 100 institutions and enterprises from 19 countries, such as USA, Russia, Korea, Finland, Belgium, Israel, Canada, Australia, France, Brazil, etc. The numbers of countries and enterprises of this year all are bigger than of last year. Because of the diligent organizing work of all the foreign delegations, plenty of advanced technologies and products will show their appearances at CHTF 2011. At that time, No9 hall will act as a platform for different countries displaying their latest hi-tech achievements, in which domestic and foreign visitors and customers will have talks and exchanges, and enterprises will start their mutual communication and cooperation. All of these will further highlight the internationalization of CHTF.

I. German delegation

The Bavaria delegation from Germany will again brighten the stage of CHTF with 10 enterprises, covering the fields of environmental protection, water treatment works, medical technology, power supply, electromagnet, equipments and apparatus manufacturing, etc. many of them are creative, unique and fascinating. Since 1969, Linn High Therm GmbH has enjoyed the leading position in the field of fine casting and equipment manufacturing. Softgate GmbH is a company that devotes into the development of medical technologies and the design of healthcare software. The Cool Tool GmbH will demonstrate a magical tool which can assemble 30 different machines in seconds.

II. Russian delegation

With a lot of world class R&D achievements and original technologies, Russia occupies the leading positions in many different fields. The steady economic growth enable Russia to gather more strength to develop hi-tech industry, especially aerospace, new material, telecommunication, energy saving, etc. and achieved great results. The government of Russia always pays attention to the cooperation with China in the fields of science and technology. Russian delegation will as always participate in CHTF this year and show many achievements from dozens of world famous R&D institutions, enterprises and related industry associations.

III. Korean delegation

Every year, Korean delegation organizes dozens of hi-tech enterprises to take part in CHTF and makes their participation more efficient and productive through demonstration, promotion and match-making negotiation. The delegation of Daegu Science and Technology Park will be led by Mr. Kim Woo Taek and the enterprises that come for CHTF 2011 belong to the IT industry and hold many patent rights. Those enterprises are very capable of R&D and production in the areas of SSD(Solid State Disk) solutions, the equipments of security and monitoring, engineering control solutions, etc. Daegu Science and Technology Park is a non-profitable investment group founded by Korean government for a purpose of helping Korean medium-sized and small enterprises be more competitive in the international market. During the period of CHTF, they will hold “1:1 technological exchanges with IT enterprises from Daegu Science and Technology Park of Korea.”

The Korean medium-sized and small enterprises consortium has held efficient and pragmatic promotion and exchange activities during CHTF for 3 years. This year, they will come with 14 enterprises with advanced technologies and competitive products. The fields those enterprises cover are IT, energy saving and environmental protection, automatic machines, multimedia solutions, pc sound equipment, electric equipments, etc. Those enterprises hope to achieve a win-win development with Chinese counterparts by strengthening cooperation and complementing each other's advantages. On the afternoon of 17th, Nov, Korean consortium and Henan province will jointly hold “Economic and Trade Talks” at Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center and then on 18th, an exchange and partnering meeting between the enterprises of China and Korea will offer an opportunity for Chinese exporters, importers, distributors and agents to have a face-to-face talk with Korean enterprises' representatives. 　

IV. American delegation

Since last year's participation in CHTF, the Official Economic Development Organization of the State of Florida has been working on organizing enterprises for CHTF 2011. The enterprises that will come are suppliers of the overall environmental purification, consultant service suppliers, microphone producers, vitamin and nutrition producers, etc. The organization hopes to seek the distributors, agents or partners in China through CHTF for their enterprises' hi-tech products. Among the enterprises, the corporation named RGF Environmental Group is the key producer and sellers of the environment-related products in the world, which devotes itself into such products' design, research and development and also provides overall environmental purification solutions for customers. Its mission is providing the world with the safest air, water and food without using any chemical preparation. RGF produces and sells over 500 kinds of products to the customers scattering around over 60 countries and regions through its distributors or representative institutions in 33 countries of the world. Besides, they also provide technical support. The China representative office of investment and trade of L.A. California, which is subordinate to Los Angeles Trade and Economic Development Board, is aimed at assisting Chinese enterprises in their exchange and cooperation with their counterparts in the areas of L.A and Long Beach to achieve mutual development. It also provides services for them through different types of regional cooperation and diverse combination of trade resources from state and private enterprises. The representative office also provides free and confidential services for customers, decision-makers and advisers of international commerce, which are: business venue selecting, cost saving, economic situation research, capital assisting, human resources and international trade assisting.

V. Finnish delegation

The Finnish Funding Agency for Technology and Innovation, as a public funding organization, provides funding support for the research, development and innovation. The projects it supports and nurtures with great interests are the renewable. This year, the agency will participate in CHTF with 14 hi-tech and new energy enterprises that cover wind power utilization, electro car, intelligent measuring, environmental protection, organic ecological agriculture, etc. The customers of these Finnish enterprises include many world famous corporations like Siemens, Toyota, European Organization for Nuclear Research and DWD International.

VI. Danish delegation

As the leader of world infocommunications industry, Invest in Denmark of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark will send commissioner for CHTF 2011 to recommend the R&D capabilities and investment opportunities in the above-mentioned field. The emphasis of their promotion at this CHTF will be put on Denmark's wireless mobile communication, software development, acoustics and medical information technology. By using of the platform of CHTF, Invest in Denmark is intended to show their image as the leader of world infocommuincations to Chinese people.

VII. Swiss delegation

Its new generation technology of DSSC solar energy battery is groundbreaking. This time, its purpose is to seek global partners, especially the partner and investment company in China, for the new technology developed for University of Lausanne Switzerland—the fourth and fifth generation PV components assembly line. For the purpose of selling green energy, the enterprise built Solar-energy Park. It also provides services of purchasing Swiss technologies.
