 Chinese characters “Zuguo Wansui” meaning “Long Live the Motherland” are seen on the main deck of the Hong Kong-flagged merchant vessel “Hebei Eagle,” escorted by the Chinese fleet, when it sailed across the waters off Somalia, January 7, 2009.
