Quake county reopens to mourners

 A person burns incense in front of a plaque to commemorate the May 12 Sichuan earthquake, on a cliff facing the earthquake-hit Beichuan county in Sichuan province April 1, 2009. Survivors of the earthquake are being allowed into the ruins of the county seat to give offerings for their dead relatives ahead of the traditional Qingming Festival (tomb-sweeping day).
