Guillermo Pulido, director of the Center of Mexican Studies at the Beijing Foreign Studies University, sat down for an exclusive interview with China Daily in Beijing. The Mexican expert was one of the foreign experts that China’s top political leader, Xi Jinping, met on Dec 5, 2012.
