Anti-China elements damage China-US relations

Whenever China and US trying to make more positive steps, the anti-China elements try to make more troubles to destroy the positive steps. Whenever Chinese leaders come to US for a better relationship between the two countries, the anti-China elements try to make more troubles to do the opposite. China is not the problem but anti-China elements are all the causes of all the problems of the China-US relationship.
