From this year, Tibet stresses the importance of the increase of farmers and herdsmen's income and makes the structure adjustment an efficient way for the increase of farmers and herdsmen's income.

On the basis of the consolidation of grain output, economy crop is planted extensively. The industrialization of vegetable production has been advanced and vegetable production has become an important way for income increase. Livestock raising is also stressed and the production ways of livestock has been experimented. From these measures, the income of Tibetans has been improved greatly.
