| Acrobatics show resumes
Chaoyang Theatre is to resume nightly acrobatics shows from July 20. And its magic show held on a small stage next to the main theatre will begin again on July 16. The acrobatics programmes are performed by the Sichuan Province Acrobatics Troupe, which had dazzled audiences each night before the SARS crisis began. Most of the audience were overseas travellers visiting Beijing. The magic show features Hebei Magic Troupe and will be staged twice every evening, revealing the secrets of Chinese traditional magical tricks on a small stage close to the audience.
