100 have fevers,but SARS ruled out ( 2003-09-24 14:31) (China Daily)
SARS has been ruled out as the cause of fevers suffered by more than 100 students in Shaoguan, reports China News Service. The students, who attend a suburban school, started running fevers last week. Examining doctors believe food poisoning to be the cause, said the local health department. A mass canteen inspection has been launched in the city to prevent similar incidents.
