Users of pipeline gas in Shenzhen may have their gas supply discontinued if they refuse to refit improperly installed water heaters, according to Daily Sunshine.

Gas supply companies have been ordered to inspect all water heaters connected to their network before November.

And the companies are authorized to cut the gas supply to users who ignore warnings about improperly installed water heaters.
