Yu at the Ritz-Carlton Beijing welcomes you to a brand new menu that offers an unforgettable gastronomic experience. It mixes classic Cantonese cuisine with the chef's latest creations. The chef has also created a memorable Cantonese dim sum brunch. The dim sum brunch costs 388 yuan, plus a 15 percent per person. It's available every Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 am-2:30 pm.
