A stunning new bar has opened adjacent to the acclaimed Caprice restaurant, offering an indulgent artisanal cheese experience or charcuterie plate in an exclusive destination for an aperitif, digestif, a glass of wine or champagne. Cheese plates range from HK$250 to HK$280 ($32-36) and can be combined with a wine pairing of three glasses at HK$280 or four glasses at HK$370.
