The Tianjin-style steamed stuffed bun is a traditional Chinese snack, coming into view in the late Qing Dynasty (221-206BC). The surface and stuffing materials are exquisite with strict production processes. Each steamed stuffed bun has no less than 15 folds. The freshly finished buns are appetizing and fragrant without being greasy.
