The management fee is two point five Hong Kong dollars per square foot including air-conditioning and common area cleaning, security and facilities maintenance. The lease holders are only responsible for their own electricity.

A: I will do my best to negotiate the rent and terms with the landlord for you. But I'm afraid it is not easy as the leasing terms are very reasonable. Could you please tell me your expected rent?
