物業(yè)代理詢問要租商業(yè)大廈的客戶最終的決定如何，得到的答復(fù)是因租金太貴，他們不能接受。代理主動要求再提供一些其他地段的房屋信息。

A: Good afternoon, sir, how are you today?
先生，中午好，你今天好嗎？

C: Fine, thanks. How about you?
很好，謝謝，你呢？

A: Fine, I wonder how your company's review of this property is progressing.
很好，我想請問你公司最后的決定如何。

C: My colleagues and I just had a meeting together this morning. We have decided not to rent the Nippon Center.
我和同事今早剛開會討論過。我們已經(jīng)決定不租力寶中心．

A: Why? You told me that your group had a deep interest in the Nippon Center.
為什么？你告訴我你們集團(tuán)對力寶中心非常感興趣。

C: Yes, we do. However, the rent is over our budget.
是的，不過，租金超出公司的預(yù)算。

A: The final rent that the landlord has offered is already below the market rate.
業(yè)主提供給你的最后租金已經(jīng)比市場平均租價低了。

C: I know. However, my company thinks that the rent is still too high. My company would like to find some office buildings in Wanchai or Causeway Bay because the rent there will be much lower. Anyway, thank you for all your time.
我知道，不過對我們公司來說仍然是太高了。我的公司希望找一些灣仔或銅鑼灣的商業(yè)大廈，因為那里租金比較便宜。無論如何，我非常感謝你的幫忙。

A: Don't mention it. Anyway, if you want to check out the other office units in Wanchai or Causeway Bay, I can provide the information for you. However, you know the class for office property between Wanchai and Central or Admiralty is totally different.
