In memory of the discovery of the oldest Eurasian ancient cultural site, the Herringbone Hole Site, the second Eurasia Zushan Blessing Cultural Tourism Festival was held at Marenqifeng Square on Nov 25, 2012. The festival was organized by the Anhui Tourist Administration and Wuhu municipal government. It was sponsored by the Wuhu Tourist Administration and Fanchang county government and hosted by Wuhu Marenqifeng Forest Tourism Limited.

Fanchang county successfully welcomed another grand cultural tourism event after the success of the 2010 Eurasia Zushan Cultural Tourism Festival Opening Ceremony and the first 2011 Eurasia Zushan Blessing Cultural Tourism Festival.

The festival was not only a significant blessing ritual, but also a cultural tourism resource promotion activity. The organizers hoped to make the event a grand meeting where Eurasia Zushan tourism brands and Fanchang city culture could combine to create a radiant and charming atmosphere. To ensure the event’s success, the organizing committee made adequate preparations. There was a large-scale blessing, an ancestor worship ceremony and a blessing performance. Exhibitions also displayed various famous commodities and tourism products.

As a 4A level national scenic spot, Marenqifeng Scenic Spot has been recognized as a "National Forest Park", "Provincial Geological Park", "National Agricultural Tourism Demonstration Site" and "National Ecological Culture Demonstration Enterprise". The scenic spot has already invested in and built scenic spots such as the Geological Exhibition Hall, Eurasia Zushan Cultural Park and Ancient Tribes area. After the opening of Maren Mountain Villa in 2007, the construction of Nanyuan Business Hotel began this August. It covers an area of 3.33 hectares and a building area of 6,000 square meters.
