A business plot in Hefei, Anhui province measuring 6.67 hectares is going on sale on September 26. A five-star hotel is being planned for the plot.

Situated at the intersection of Luzhou Avenue and Jinxiu Avenue, the plot will be used for business and service purposes. The suggested price is 21 million yuan ($3.43 million) per mu (0.067 hectares) with a bidding deposit of 450 million yuan ($73.52 million).

According to the plan, this parcel will be transformed into a conference center of no less than 15,000 square meters, a business area and a five-star hotel.
