Charles Jiang is CEO of Queen Financial Group and president of Royal Financial College. He obtained his master`s degree from Sichuan University and MBA from the University of Windsor. In 2002, he left his well-paid government job to become an independent financial advisor in the competitive financial service industry. In 2005, Charles Jiang established Queen Financial Group. In 2006, he obtained a mutual fund dealer license from MFDA, the Ontario Securities Commission and the BC Securities Commission. He is the first, and currently the only, Chinese immigrant from the Chinese mainland to obtain such a license in Canada. Under his leadership, Queen Financial has developed into a well-known, leading financial company in the Chinese community. Charles Jiang has obtained rich experience in wealth management and advisor management. He is also well-equipped with knowledge in compliance and risk management.

Charles Jiang has established himself in the industry by obtaining important professional designations, including Chartered Strategic Wealth Professional, Financial Management Advisor, Certified Financial Planner and Million Dollar Round Table Member. In addition, Charles Jiang has won numerous awards, including the 2006 Outstanding Canadian Chinese Entrepreneur Award, 2007 Excellent Chinese Entrepreneur Award, 2008 Canadian Chinese “Best Startup Business” Award, 2008 “China`s Top 10 Economic Talents” Award, 2008 World Chinese Who`s Who, 2009 Top 25 Canadian Immigrants Finalist Award, and 2010 Excellent Chinese Community Service Award.

Charles Jiang often appears for interviews and writes articles in local and international media, including newspapers, magazines, radio and TV. He is well recognized and respected in the field. Besides professional activities, Charles Jiang is also actively involved in the community, serving current roles as president of the Canada International Economic & Cultural Exchanges Association, president of the Federation of Canadian Sichuanese Associates, and executive director of the Association of United Chinese Financial Professionals.
