On November 10, Mme Sun Lanlan, Director General of the International Cooperation Department of DRC met with Dr. Dirk Messner, Director of German Development Institute (DIE) and exchanged views on the research fields, contents and manner of communication and cooperation between DRC and DIE, which serve as a further step of preparation for the establishment of partnership between the two institutions. Ms Jiang Xiheng, Division Director of International Cooperation Department attended the meeting.
