Abstract:　

The paper makes an analysis of the origin and problems in the informal financing activities, bringing forward the market of the informal financing appears not only in China. The role of the informal financing activities needs new research, and the activities should be supervised under layer-and-sort based principle. Some informal financial institutions which are in good conditions should be brought into the formal financial system, meantime the lawbreaking informal financing activities should be defined strictly and refrained.
