The Pingtan-Taiwan Duty-Free Commodity Market, a 3A national scenic spot in Pingtan, Fujian province will play host to its first tourism and culture festival during the upcoming Spring Festival.

The Pingtan Communications Investment Group of Fujian province was approved for a credit line of 330 million yuan or $50 million with Taiwan's Taishin International Bank.
