The Guiyang International Automobile Trade Complex is located in Mengguan township of Huaxi district, to the south of downtown Guiyang, the provincial capital of Guizhou. The complex is next to the city's South Ring Expressway to the east, Mengguanji town to the north, and the Nanyue Mountains to the west.

The complex is 8 kilometers away from the Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport, and two city highways – Fuyuan South Road and Tongmeng Road – link it to downtown Guiyang.

The complex plans to develop a total area of 200 hectares, with 54 hectares in the first stage. The main functions of the venue will include an automobile culture square, a vehicle exhibition hall, a 4S brand zone, logistics services, parks and garages. Upon completion, it will become a large-scale modern comprehensive area for the display of new vehicles, test-driving experiences, auto-themed parks, as well as entertainment and leisure facilities.

Guiyang hopes to develop the complex into a multifunctional and competitive automobile trade industrial base with optimized services.

Total investment of ten billion yuan ($1.6 billion)

The overall project plan includes a middle- and high-class automobile 4S store area, a used vehicle trade market, and an automobile supermarket. The second stage of the 4S store area, including the auxiliary roads, will occupy an area of 33.67 hectares.

A total of 26 international automobile brands have agreed to be involved in the project, including Landrover, Jaguar, Dongfeng Honda, Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, and Cadillac. The Infiniti 4S store is in operation, and CAPSA has completed the construction of the exhibition area in its 4S store.

Other programs, concerning the second-hand vehicle market and automobile hotels, are currently being negotiated.
