Weather

Layers of mountains and deep valleys spread across Guizhou, boasting a mild and wet subtropical monsoon climate year-round. Winter temperatures dip to only four degrees and summers rarely exceed 30 C. Climates vary based on altitude in the province. As a local puts it, "One can experience all four seasons climbing a mountain, and all different kinds of weather exist within 10 miles."
