A fair promoting the production and marketing of Guizhou green agricultural products was held in Beijing on June 5, with 95 Guizhou-based enterprises, 20 Beijing representatives and 25 major purchasers attending.

The event was hosted by the Guizhou Provincial Department of Commerce and its specialized promotional team for Guizhou agricultural products.

Guizhou E-commerce Cloud is a company that focuses on the production and marketing of Guizhou green agricultural products. Through online and offline channels, it has established a successful supply-demand relationship with government canteens, hotels, schools, supermarkets and restaurants throughout the city of Guiyang, helping farmers in mountainous areas sell their agricultural products in cities.

The company took advantage of the fair to promote Guizhou green agricultural products by showcasing its e-commerce big data service platform and the communication mechanism between farmers and purchasers. It also invited several veterans from Guizhou to recount their experience of planting and trading green agricultural products to reduce poverty.

Thanks to its favorable environment, Guizhou is gradually becoming an important producer of green agricultural products. At present, the province is striving to realize large-scale production and to improve the quality of agricultural products.
