The Ninth Traditional Ethnic Minority Sporting Games of Guizhou province kicked off on Nov 6 in Qingzhen city and will run until Nov 11.

A parade made up of 18 delegations marched around during the opening ceremony. It comprised nine city delegations, one Guian New Area delegation and eight university delegations.
