Zhao Deming, male, Yao ethnic group, was born in Jinxiu, Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region in September 1963. He began to work in August 1983 and joined the CPC in June 1985.

Zhao earned a master's degree at the Party School of the CPC Central Committee. He currently serves as secretary of the CPC Guiyang Committee, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Guizhou Provincial Committee and secretary of Party Working Committee of Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone.
