Li Yifei, male, Han ethnic group, was born in January 1964 in Mojiang Hani autonomous county, Yunnan province. He joined the CPC in October 1984.

He now serves as a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Guizhou Provincial Committee and head of the Organization Department of the CPC Guizhou Provincial Committee.
