Xia Hongmin, male, Han ethnic group, was born in September 1965 in Jianli county, Hubei province. He joined the CPC in May 1981.

He is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Guizhou Provincial Committee and secretary of the CPC Guizhou Provincial Committee for Disciplinary Inspection.
