The underground comprehensive pipeline management project in Guizhou's Tongren city has completed bidding evaluation in Guian New Area, becoming the first finished distance evaluation bid in the area's public resources transaction center.

By relying on the center's digital certification system and the province's interconnected distance bidding evaluation system, the randomly selected evaluators completed the simultaneous monitoring and assessment through online exchanges.

Due to innovatively applying the strategy of Internet Plus Digital Certification, the distance bidding evaluation procedure has effectively solved the problem of expert deficiency and overcome the difficulties that spring up around distance conference calls.

The center is expected to deepen reform on digital certification in a bid to develop a more efficient transaction platform with greater openness, transparency, shareable resources and conveniences.
