Anshun International Aircraft Manufacturing Co. possesses complete systems for aircraft scientific research and production. It has developed, produced and delivered warplanes and training planes of dozens of models and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). It is positioned as China’s largest base of manufacture, trial, test flights and services of UAVs by the Aviation Industry Corporation of China.

Companies, whose projects are worth 30 million yuan or above in fixed assets and investment intensity reaching 2,250 yuan per square meter, or average tax revenue amounts to?45 yuan per?square meter?since they began to operate, will be subsidized 60 percent of their base investment.

Companies, whose projects are worth 50 million yuan or above in fixed assets and investment intensity reaching 2,250 yuan per square meter, or whose revenue amounts to 75 yuan per square meter since they began to operate, will be subsidized 70 percent of their base investment.

Companies, whose projects are worth 80 million yuan or above in fixed assets and investment intensity reaching 2,250 yuan per square meter, or whose revenue amounts to?120 yuan per square meter since they began to operate, will be subsidized 80 percent of their base investment.

The aerospace industry will enjoy a preferential tax policy in which corporate income tax is exempted in the first five years and reduced in the second five years. Also, companies will enjoy preferential policies for land use, or even zero premiums in the development area, according to investment intensity and tax revenue per square meter.

The part of individual income tax of new companies' senior management in the development zone will be fully refunded, and the part in district bureaus of finance will be retained within three years since it starts operations.

Standard one-floor plants that are built by companies themselves will be subsidized 40 yuan per square meter, two-floor plants will get 60 yuan, and three-floor plants will get 100 yuan.
