2. Check and approve project application reports (Nanyang Municipal Development and Reform Commission)

3. Approve contracts and regulations, and issue an approval certificate from investment enterprise (Nanyang Municipal Bureau of Commerce)

4. Issue business licenses (Nanyang Administration for Industry and Commerce)

5. Tax registration (Nanyang Municipal Office, State Administration of Taxation and Nanyang Local Taxation Bureau)

6. Customs registration (Nanyang Customs District)

7. Foreign exchange registration (State Administration of Foreign Exchange Nanyang Branch)
